RETURN POLICY


Paint and all Painting Products: 

All sales are final. Returns on paint will not be accepted unless items are defective or damaged. To return a defective/damaged item, you must contact us within three days of delivery. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment. If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please get in contact with us at kateandbarrel1@outlook.com and we will file a claim and get you a replacement. 

Furniture: 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Please request additional pictures so you may feel comfortable with your purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

If a piece is described as vintage or antique please expect some signs of age and character. Vintage furniture will show it's age and may not be perfect.

Colors may vary from what you see on your screen due to lighting , monitor settings , and other variables.

Kate&Barrel Designs, LLC is not responsible for in- transit damage, nor do we file claims for you. Please inspect the piece carefully upon arrival, note any damage to the shipping company upon arrival, and take photos immediately.
